LaserWorks, Inc. was initially established as a printer repair service in 1989.  As we grew, we realized that our clients needed a quality compatible toner cartridge.  We began manufacturing our own line of toner cartridges.

Our mission is to provide effective print management solutions to businesses within various areas of industry.  We are strongly committed to a policy of educating our clients, so that they do not find themselves locked into limited alternatives for their business needs.

We actively encourage cross training, allowing our Print Technicians to work across multiple product lines.   Our primary focus is to use our skills, experience and expertise to provide clients with solutions, rather than simply being committed to a particular set of printer technologies.  In other words, our approach to business is client-focussed, rather than product focussed.  This enables us to build long-term relationships with our clients, and to assist them with changing requirements as their business evolves and grows.
